Hope you're all okay, its friday! i hope you have a awesome weekend : ), so this is a outfit i wore to college for commercial dance class, this top was only £7 from urban outfitters in bristol, i always praise the sale section so tank. Also i've had this cap for ages and finally i've posted it , it leather and it was only £2! seriously one of my favourite accessories.So for those of you who dont know in summer i changed my diet ( nothing crazy just more protein and goodness) and do classes including boxing and boot camp. Currently I'm trying to keep as fit possible and eat clean and i bought this bottle,which i've wanted for ages which has a metal ball inside that mixes any drink for you which makes life soo much easier.I bought a new vanilla whey powder which i take  twice a day, my old diet whey was amazing from PHD which i highly recommend ( tastes really good ).I've been inspired by fitness pages on twitter for good recipes and workouts plus they tweet insanely motivating things which are perfect when you're knackered check it out here also i love Cassey from Blogilates.
