Healthy Winter Breakfast: Apple and Cinnamon Over night oats

Hey guys, so i thought i would share with you one of my recently loved breakfasts: overnight oats.I found out about it through american fitness people on twitter ( i'm hooked) and i was intrigued by the idea and my mum knew about it ( apparently everyone makes it in jamaica she never told me about it before!)and made it for me and i fell in love.Its really healthy and easy on the go and can be changed depending on what you like.

What you will need:

200ml milk or water,

5 tbl spoons of oats,

1 teaspoon of cinnamon,

1 cap of vanilla,

half an apple (or any fruits).

So first put 200ml of milk/water in a cup or measuring jug

Then add oats

Then add the cinnamon and vanilla essence and stir : )

Now leave the mixure in the frigde over night, then in the morning add the apple,try some peanut butter ( my favourite!)

Then enjoy:)

You could add nutmeg or orange zest to make it really christmassy,I mixed mine in a phd shake bottle(£4.99 from holland and barrat) but you can use a cup then serve in a bowl(warmed up).Super healthy option:use water then add protein powder in the morning, and use agave syrup to sweeten.
